yes, it works but only limited to 24/96.

the apple cck is usb2.0 full-speed only, so the exD usb interface will run as USB audio class 1.0 (up to 96k).

you didn't read carefully, i said apple cck is a usb 2.0 full-speed host, that is when exD interface is plugged into a usb 2.0 full-speed host, it will run as a usb audio class 1.0 device

when it is plugged into usb 2.0 high-speed host, it will run as a usb audio class 2.0 device (full throttle @ 32/384k)
